After you’ve placed your order you will receive an Order Confirmation by email (check your spam folder as well). We will process your order as soon possible.
All orders include a Track&Trace which you will receive by email (please check your spam folder too)
Print orders are shipped 3-4 days from the moment the order has been placed.
You will receive a tracking number once your print has shipped. Prints and books ship via DPD, National Post (PostNL) and for some shipments DHL and UPS.
Outside the EU you might be charged import duties and VAT. MIDDLE EAST ARCHIVE is not responsible for these extra charges.
WE ARE NOT responsible for delays caused by customs in your country.
If your package is returned or lost due to an address error, you are expected to reach out to us. Any additional charges will be your responsibility.

The vast majority of our shipments to EU countries is delivered within 2-5 working days. Deliveries to the rest of the world take 5-15 working days. All our orders are shipped with a tracking service. You will receive an email with a link that enables you to track and trace your order once your order has been dispatched. These are automated emails by the couriers so please also check your spam folders.
Please notice we don’t send books or prints in the weekend. MEA will not accept any responsibility for late or lost deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will try to inform you of any unexpected delay.
We work with fixed shipping fees per order, regardless the number of books/prints you purchase. Once you have selected the country of destination, the shipping cost will be shown.
Our printed editions are hand-made using glossy Epson photo paper, primarily 250gsm, with occasional variations at 190gsm. Print sizes A4 and A3 are boxed and shipped in photography boxes, while sizes A2 and up are rolled and shipped in tubes. All printed edition sales are final; we do not accept returns. Exchanges are available only for issues resulting from our error.
